Many Japanese dishes that look vegetarian are made with dashi, a fish stock. For Indian families and groups, the meal plan matters as much as the hotel. We do not promise every place suits every diet: we ask the kitchen, report exactly what it can do, and only then put it in your plan. Vegetarian, vegan, Jain, halal and allergy requirements are each checked separately with the kitchen concerned.

No onion or garlic; Jain also excludes root vegetables. Kitchens confirm each dish in writing.
No ghee, paneer, cream, honey or egg. Indian menus need dish-by-dish checks.
We tell you whether the restaurant is certified or simply accommodates the request.
We pass exact allergies on; the kitchen decides what it can safely guarantee.

Yes. Short-term tourist visas are applied for through the official channels for your place of residence; for applicants in India, Japan's eVISA for tourism goes through accredited agencies. Rules change, so always check the Ministry of Foreign Affairs eVISA page and the Embassy of Japan in India. We cannot guarantee visa approval.
Usually, with planning, but it depends on each kitchen. Many Japanese stocks contain fish (dashi), and fully vegetarian kitchens are rare. For every meal we arrange, we ask the restaurant in writing which dishes suit your requirement; whether dashi, onion, garlic, root vegetables, egg, ghee or dairy are used; whether separate pans and utensils are possible; and how they handle your allergies. We pass on their answer as given, including any limits. We cannot promise a kitchen free of cross-contact unless the restaurant states it. For meals you arrange yourself, we give you a Japanese food-needs card.
It depends on dates, hotel standard and group size, so we quote each trip from current supplier rates rather than showing headline prices. Tell us your budget and whether it is per person or total, and we will plan to it.
